Conditioning For Wrestling

So you want to know what the best way to get conditioned for wrestling is? We have experimented with a lot of different methods for wrestling conditioning and are going to be supplying our visitors with specialized wrestling conditioning programs, but first lets talk a little bit about some specific methods.

First, there is always the conventional method…running. But we don’t believe that this works for everyone, and also remember that different things are going to work for different people.

If you are going to use running for conditioning, I recommend that you experiment with going back and forth between long runs (3-5 miles), long spring intervals and short sprint intervals – all while changing up your rest time (20-60 second rest between sprints).
